Since 2013, we have been continuously optimizing the iOS and Android apps with a focus on UX and UI to ensure smooth and intuitive operation on smartphones and tablets.

To make the ARTE experience optimal on the big screen as well, we have also designed the TV apps for tvOS and Android TV.

The app offers a range of widgets that make it possible to access various ARTE content quickly and easily right from the home screen of the iPhone or iPad.

The app offers its content in six languages: French, German, English, Polish, Italian, and Spanish.

The new feature called Shorts, introduced with version 6.0, makes it possible to present cultural content in a compact and easily consumable format, particularly to appeal to younger target audiences.

For the launch of the Apple Vision Pro in February 2024, we provided support with the implementation of the visionOS app.
