DKJS Reflection Tool

The digital reflection tool of the Deutsche Kinder- und Jugendstiftung supports educational professionals and teachers in systematically reflecting on and further developing democracy education projects with young people. Based on eight proven quality criteria, the tool offers individual self-assessments, practical impulses, and an extensive collection of materials. It promotes cooperative learning processes and strengthens democratic competences in school and extracurricular contexts. The complex self-assessment offers individual recommendations for improving one's own democracy projects via a multi-stage questionnaire tool.

Since the website's launch, it has been continuously developed and improved, for example by adding a magazine or optimizing the material collection.

The website was developed as part of the federal program Demokratie leben! .

The website was developed by our partner agency goodDev based on the Drupal CMS.
