empowering people network

Low-tech ideas, global impact. For the Siemens Stiftung's empowering people Network, we developed a website where social inventors can present their solutions in areas such as water, energy, and healthcare. The homepage leads directly to a curated selection of award-winning solutions; a map and filter system provides access to over 100 projects by continent, field of application, and SDG alignment.

The visual concept combines constructive illustrations with strong documentary photography – a mix that explains technical functionality while also showing the people behind the ideas. Editorial modules can be freely arranged, allowing the database, stories, and community events to be reprioritized at any time – from the next award to a hands-on workshop in Nairobi.
