German Marine Research Alliance

We accompanied the founding of the Deutsche Allianz Meeresforschung (DAM) by conceptualizing and designing the website – as a modular system that supports content growth and design variety. The site is built on a component basis: each editorial unit can be individually designed and expanded – with colors, image backgrounds, or theme-specific elements. An important aspect was to unite the interests of all members and convey the facets of marine research through large-format photos and unconventional web design.

The technical implementation was carried out in collaboration with our partner bleech. The initial launch was completed in just six weeks – with a view to its later expansion into a comprehensive marine portal.
