visitBerlin is the official tourism and travel portal of the capital. It promotes Berlin nationally and internationally, provides comprehensive tourist information, and helps both visitors and businesses with their travel planning. We have been accompanying the tourism organization for many years and supporting them in their communication.

Berlin WelcomeCard

The Berlin WelcomeCard website offers a user-friendly, clearly laid out platform for purchasing tickets and travel planning. With the relaunch, we optimized the structure and user guidance to provide visitors with an even more pleasant and intuitive experience. One focus was on setting up the configuration of the Berlin Welcome Card.

Workshops

In numerous workshops, together with the visitBerlin team, we aligned the requirements of the departments with the expectations of the users. A special focus was on UX writing – understandable, inclusive language that provides orientation, breaks down barriers, and makes content accessible to everyone.

We have conceptualized and designed numerous landing pages for visitBerlin so that the tourism campaigns achieve the highest possible "conversion".

Events Calendar

The events calendar offers practical filters, flexible views, direct ticket links, and curated categories – for quick orientation and individual inspiration. Designed with a clear structure, responsive design, and low-barrier access.

Video Toolkit

For a consistent visual language in moving image formats, we developed a modular video toolkit. It contains animated templates for titles, subtitles, lower thirds, and outro elements – fully editable in Adobe Premiere Pro. This way, the content can be produced quickly – efficiently, clearly, and visually consistently.
