Corporate Design
Through a comprehensive design relaunch, a striking and flexible visual identity with high recognition value was developed. With the newly developed claim "Hier wohnt Berlin.", the foundation was also laid for positioning the company as a reliable partner for housing in the capital.
A stable design system and additional elements such as a custom icon set and illustrations ensure cross-media recognition.
Illustration and Motion
Under the motto "Together it works better.", specially developed characters in our short videos show what is important when living together in a multi-party house.
Recruiting Campaign
Working for the future of Berlin! Under the motto #teamgesobau, the focus is on the diverse activities and benefits offered by the municipal social housing company. The core of the campaign is a main film, accompanied by numerous OOH measures and social ads.
GESOcampus
For students from Berlin or Brandenburg, GESOBAU is creating affordable housing with the GESOcampus Hellersdorf. The target-group-specific design concept for the new building is complemented by a wayfinding system.
Kunstfest Pankow
