help alliance

Founded in 1999 by employees of the Lufthansa Group, help alliance – operating since 2017 as a non-profit company under the umbrella of the Lufthansa Group – is committed worldwide to giving young people access to education and enabling them to lead self-determined lives.

We support help alliance in all aspects of communication – from the continuous development of media within the framework of the existing corporate design, to social media formats and campaigns, all the way to the design of spaces and exhibitions, as well as sharpening its identity as a sender in the digital context.

Realignment of Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving is the Lufthansa Group's salary donation program. We have strategically and creatively restructured it – with the aim of winning over more employees for salary donations and firmly anchoring the model within the company in the long term.

We completely redeveloped the brand, defined a clear claim, and consistently aligned all communication with one simple message: Click. Round. Help.

A newly produced explanatory film focuses on committed employees and makes the topic relatable and accessible. The measures are now being rolled out across the Group, strengthening Payroll Giving as a sustainable internal initiative.

"I fly for" Participatory Campaign

Together with the marketing team, we developed the "I fly for" campaign for the 25th anniversary. It offers Lufthansa Group employees and supporters a platform where they can share their very own personal reasons for supporting help alliance. The campaign was featured on various digital channels, including at Frankfurt/Main and Munich airports.

Brand Architecture

We developed a lock-up logo system to ensure the recognition of help alliance within the brand language of all Lufthansa Group airlines. This was applied to various media. Furthermore, we manage graphic design projects for help alliance, such as the annually published Impact Report.

The website serves as the central platform for the non-profit organization, providing clear and appealing information about worldwide aid projects in the areas of education, health, and income generation. The goal, among other things, is to offer transparent insights into the project work as well as the opportunity to donate directly and easily, or to get involved personally.
